TFA has the complete supply chain under control. Immediately after harvesting, the flowers are processed in air-conditioned halls. They are then (in the case of our African growers) transported in air-conditioned trucks to the airport, from where they are handled by Airflo, TFA’s specialized sister company. During all phases of the logistical chain, immediately from the growers onwards, quality controls are being implemented. All consignments are monitored from start to finish and in Africa TFA has a direct contact person at their disposal at all times. On entry at TFA the temperature, quality and method of packaging of the products are checked once again.
